What are the store opening hours?
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00
How do I pick up my product in store?
Orders are not eligible for collection in physical stores as they are fragile products that are subject to damage.
Transport requires great care and therefore we only work with accredited transport companies capable of carrying out this type of service.
If the customer chooses to carry out the transport on their own, they must sign a liability waiver.
In this case, please contact our sales team through the service channels to schedule the collection.
I want to change my order. What should I do?
Any order placed through our sales channels can be changed within a maximum period of 8 hours.
This happens because the requested product may be available in stock and to satisfy our customers as much as possible we will ship it immediately.
The change must be made immediately and only by telephone contact.
I had a problem with my order. What should I do?
If there is any doubt or problem with the order, the customer can contact us through our service channels.
We will resolve the issue in the best possible way, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
It's not a typical case, but it can happen. Don't worry!
If your product arrives damaged, you must immediately contact our customer service channels.
Contact our consultants and always keep the product in its original packaging. When the new products arrive, you can send the damaged products back in the same packaging.
I want to return my product. What should I do?
If the consumer wishes to cancel the purchase, the cancellation can be made within 7 days from the date of signing or receiving the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
Any amounts paid, for any reason, during the cooling-off period will be returned immediately.
The consumer can also contact our consultants and exchange the product, or return the product and keep the amount as store credit.

My product delivery is delayed. What should I do?
There are a few reasons why this might happen.
Problems related to transportation, such as roads being closed during demonstrations, an increase in the number of orders and a lack of raw materials, such as during the pandemic, long holidays, among others.
But calm down! We will solve it!
You can contact our support and we will track your order.
Shipping is not enabled in my city. What should I do?
If your city is not enabled for standard deliveries, don't worry, we can solve it!
This happens because we do not have any carriers accredited to serve your region at the moment.
Please note that we only work with reliable and renowned carriers, as we deal with fragile, large-volume and high-value products.
But nothing stops us from always looking for new alternatives.

How is delivery carried out?
Deliveries are always made during business hours.
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Always choose a delivery location that is available to receive products during all business hours.
If you need to schedule your delivery for a specific day, specific period or pick up from the carrier, please contact our team before making the purchase.
I live in an apartment. How is delivery carried out?
Check the dimensions of the product you wish to purchase. Check all doors, elevators and access points to your apartment. Check whether the product you wish to purchase can be disassembled.
This way you will be able to get the product to your apartment without any hassle.
Some carriers do not allow delivery people to take products up to the apartment.

We do not provide lifting services.
Does Toth assemble the products?
We do not provide furniture assembly services outside the Presidente Prudente, São Paulo region.

In addition to E-commerce, Toth also has physical stores.
Physical stores allow our consultants to take photos and videos of products in the showroom and send them to customers before purchase, aiming to clarify any doubts and make the purchase more assertive.
If the consumer lives close to the stores, they can go to one of our units, check the product in person and then buy it online.
What is the delivery time?
To surprise and not frustrate customers, we adopted a more conservative delivery time.
For products available in stock, our delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, but except for certain times of the year, we can deliver earlier.
For out-of-stock products, our delivery time may vary from 25 to 45 business days.
It is worth remembering that this period may change and become outdated. You should always take into account the delivery period described at the time of purchase of the product or consult the seller beforehand.
I want to buy products in large quantities. Do I get a discount?
Of course! And our in-house manufacturing makes this flexibility possible.
It is worth remembering that we carry out several corporate projects throughout Brazil.
Corporate sales normally require a larger quantity of parts, we know that this is a very important phase and requires a large investment for the entrepreneur.

What is the warranty period for the products?
Ninety days, in the case of supply of services and durable products.
